Wether it is a residential construction or commercial construction, equipment that is installed or is ready to be installed needs to be protected against theft and vandalism. Usually it is the responsibility of the builder or the contractor to provide protection to the equipment installed until the keys are handed over to the owner or the Real Estate Agent. The construction sites are more vulnerable to thieves because they do not have Alarm Systems installed or if the alarm system is installed they are not fully functional.
