Alarm Response Service is another add-on service provided by our professional mobile patrol officers. When an alarm is triggered at client’s premises, a signal is sent to the Monitoring Centre and the Monitoring Company then act on client’s instructions. These instructions may include inform the client only and the client may go himself and check the premises for potential damage, inform any person authorized by the client, inform Police Officials or inform Mobile Patrol Officer to attend to that alarm call and check the premises thoroughly to find reasons for alarm activation, check for damages, report back to the monitoring station, secure premises and reset alarm. If the case of broken doors or windows where they can not be fixed or replaced overnight in any emergency, we can provide security guards to watch and protect your property until the problem is fixed.
